Our Story
580 Eyer Drive consists of 111 condominium townhouses quietly tucked away in south east Pickering, Ontario. With close proximity to Highway 401 and GO Transit the neighbourhood is convenient to shopping, schools and all the amenities of big city life. Immediately south of us is Petticoat Creek Conservation Area , Lake Ontario and the Great Lakes Water Front Trail. Outdoor activities nearby include beaches, playgrounds, playing fields, skating and sailing on Frenchman’s Bay making this a great place to raise a family.

The neighbourhood is completely car free. All owners’ vehicles park underground and each unit has two parking spaces at their basement door.

There are two visitor parking lots and if you are visiting an owner, be sure to have them register your vehicle.

We have been awarded the Pickering Blooms Garden of Distinction for five consecutive years.

Owners take pride in the exterior of their homes and there are standards that must be maintained.

There is a board of directors and a property manager to help keep the property well maintained, fiscally healthy, and to organize social events.

There is no above ground parking for residents. Just gardens, grass, trees and a private playground.

Our very hard-working grounds crew ensures that snow removal is completed right up to your front door and the grass is cut weekly - even in your fenced in backyard.

Garbage & recycling is collected weekly from inside the parking garage. You do not need to take it to the street
